Sloan, AUS doesn't have the same criminal underlcass the US does. Our crime rate will always be higher because we spent 60 years breeding criminals at the public's expense.
So we, the public, will always need to protect ourselves. That said, parents of these children need to spend 20 years in jail for poor parenting.
