I am unfamiliar with the USA judiciary system. What age is the minimum requirement to be executed? That would lead a foreigner to assume it means that at that age you are mature enought to know all the concequences to your actions right? Since you can be punishes by death for them.

21 is for beer and gambling
18 millitary
18 is for sex
16 for driving a car
?? to be shoot in Texas for breaking the law?
Enlighten me please.
Yet, you are old enought to be shoot, but not old enough to do all the other ones.
