I thought I was having a damn stroke or something. Anyone ever been through anything like that?

I had the same thing 2 weeks ago when i was sick. I almost passed out. I felt it coming so I let myself drop on the couch. 2 secs later and i wouldve been on the floor. After that i threw up like crazy.
