I hear you and wanted to address this concern.
I just got off the phone with Evan, and and the one thing he harped on over and over again was that they WILL NOT IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM ALLOW ANY SPAM TRAFFIC!
ANY WEBMASTER SPAMMING WILL BE TERMINATED WITHOUT PAY!
This thing is already SO HUGE, and this will NOT happen - simply because there's NO tolorance for this behavior.
Nethier Evan or XPAYS want to see this program put at risk!
