Yup, just one cup a day with 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp honey, lemon, green tea. I've read that 1 tsp a day is just as effective as larger doses, so I've been sticking with 1 glass a day. Yesterday, I started putting a teaspoon of cinnamon and honey in my oatmeal too. Gonna start doing that everyday.
I'm really not sure, drinking more might help...haven't tried it yet.
