no the reseller writes your checks.. in your case that would be Alex of Dialup2....... you won't deal directly with Niteline at any point........ so any problems you have on that level will be thru Alex.
Ok look at it this way....... and I am not insulting your intelligence one bit here, just trying to find a way to help you understand it better, ok?
Ok..... Niteline is the manufacturer in this case and Alex is the dealer...... when you get something from the dealer and it isn't right, you then take it back to the dealer and not the manufacturer........ see?
