Silicones (like everything else) have different properties. Walco 1068 is our favorite. We've recently been experimenting with different gel filled techniques.

And just out of curiosity, how do you seam them? Do you seam them?

What is the shelf life? Silicone when exposed to everyday elements begins to break down. It becomes brittle, and eventually starts to tear at high movement areas. And this is stuff that doesn't get used nearly as much as your dolls do.

Also I think Acetone, (aka AssHole Tone) is way too harsh for cone. Try 99% Alcholol instead. Acetone absorbs straight into your blood stream, and will destroy your liver. That's why it's so cold to the touch, because it's going right through your skin.

If I were you, I would get the MSDS on the plasticizer, or what ever checmicals your using, and find out just how fuckin toxic that shit is. You should warn people especially before they stick their dick in there. You should cover your ass just in case one your customers gets cock rot and wants to sue.

FX is one of the most toxic industries out there, almost all the chemicals are dangerous, some even fatal. We're talking iso-cyanide gasses, Meythl Ethel Ketone Peroxide, TriChloro-TriFloro-Ethane gasses and other shit that you can't see or smell.

Now do you see my desire to leave that industry and get into porn? No one has ever died of an overdose of PORN, but iso-cyanide gasses kill people all the time.
