Official excuse post
#1. I have a bad knee as a result of years of aerobics and have decided to walk in protest to the Medical Associations promotion of running being a healthy activity.
#2. I smoke, more so now after deciding to quit. I don't know how it happened but it has.
#3. I've been too busy at work to "Train"
#4. I didn't sleep well last night cause I was stressed out over having my BlackBerry taken away from me at the Webmaster Dinner Thursday night.
#5. I've already had two beers
#6 I don't want to sweat and end up smelly at the party afterwards.
#7. I am trying to "accept myself" and as such have to embrace the fact that being skinny and lazy is fine with me.
#8. I have to save my energy for the after party.
#9. I lost my sports bra and being 35 can't chance any kind of unsupported bouncing unless it is sexual.
#10. I can't feed the ducks if I am running.
