India and customer service :)
Needless to say I had to do the dreaded 'customer service' call.
Phone company goofed up my line and had to re-initialize it.
Worked great til my DSL wasn't on.
Called customer service....
2 HOURS LATER after talking to 3 people whom I could barely understand but were very polite and the phone lines were shoddy at best ( you wanna know how difficult it is to try to understand someone with an accent, speaking at light speed with a bad connection? ) they come to tell me something I already knew:
They forgot to turn the DSL connection on.
Is it just a California thing?
