Well, if you are so big like you say..you should have some good programmers...but seems like they aren't too good if they don't even know you should test applications before hand.
I always laugh when people say errors happen sometimes. Yes, they do...but if they keep happening, it shows there ignorance and they don't do good quality control.
I know you will be a smart ass back...and I really could give a shit about your program. But facts are facts...and quite simple to see things don't run well at your company.
