There's a certain webmaster that is reselling this dialer and hiding from webmasters...

There is a specific problem with dialers in germany. There is a new german law that forces dialers to be registerde at the regtp. Regtp is an official organization which registers all dialers, 0190 and 0900 - telephone numbers.

An unregistered dialer offers the user not to pay the bill. A dialer will registered by the regtp if the user is asked twice if he wnats to use it only. At first the user has to agree installing the software. In a second step the user has to agree with the connection to the internet by the software installed before. In this second step the user has to be informed about the costs of the connection - both per minute and per total.
f the information isnīt done according to german law, the dialer wonīt be registered and the customer is allowed to refuse the bill.

So you have to take care of the billing companies.
