Sounds like you were denied. THey will send you a denial letter by snail mail. When you get this letter it will have the credit agency that they got their information from.

Call them and get a copy of your redit report. Its free of charge if you have been denied. I would also call atleast two others, like Equafax, etc.

Each agency may have show items on your credit. There may be something on there that you are unaware of, or maybe you already have to much on your credit as it is. (car payments, mortgage, credit card, etc.)

Either way, getting a copy of your credit report will help to clear that up.
