Instead of making the URL:

http://strokejobs.com/ccbilltour/

I would have made it:

http://ccbill.strokejobs.com

Looks cleaner I think

By the way, if you send surfers to that CCBill link, don't affiliates lose all the sales of people who then delete that /ccbilltour/ stuff in the URL because they might not think it's the main page, in which case they'll go to http://strokejobs.com and signup on an epoch form and the affiliate who sent them to the site won't get credit?
