So Im trying the KRL greentea concoction. Here are the before pics. Ive never been on a diet, but I used to work out a lot, this is what I look like after a year of being a total lazy ass.
Im going to walk 5x a week for 30 min in the sand, plus swim at least 2x a week for an hour. Im going to drink 6 glasses of the stuff every day.
Ill post the after pics in 6 weeks.
Hopefully I will be thinner.
