I am not aware of any law (one that is being actively enforced, and has been deemed constitutional, anyway), federal or otherwise, that states what you have asserted above, either. Perhaps I'm missing something?

A directly accessed domain name is one that is entered directly into the web browser.
What part of directly accessed do you not understand?
Are you saying that based upon the referring URL - specifically GFY - that you are showing a different web page?
