Man that is rough, but I suppose you would need to look at the history these two have together and if he really is using drugs to influence her. I'm sorry to hear about this but if she's willing to get married to a guy who does this to her, then I doubt that's really her thinking straight. Sounds more like the drugs are influencing her decision or her self-esteem is at an all time low.
