I have / had the same problem. The key to weight gain is PROTEIN PROTEIN PROTEIN. Have a designer protein shake 2-3 times a day along with ass loads of chicken/fish at every meal. You should be eating every 3 hours also. Flax-seed oil helps too. Combine all this with a regular workout schedule and you'll pack on lean muscle mass very quickly.
