yeah definately does... 7 cents "raw" generally converts into 7 cents per unique per week for the entire program
If they use a decent indy software counter it may be worth a shot (calvin, ccbill, sexadnet even) but otherwize I'd stay away from it, or try it with small ammounts of traffic (so it doesn't hurt if they don't send you the $$)..
