Btw, I fully support AOLs right to try and stop people parasiting off their name.. same as I would if it was a small family business whose name was being used.

What would 90% of webmasters here do if someone tried to leach off your business name? get a lot more personal and aggresive than AOL does is my bet!
I only listed the first three domain dispute cases that came up for the term "AOL" in wipo.org.

The poor guy might use some of the info for his defense.
