Hooper, you have always had my respect, and still have... (and always will, as long as you keep on inviting me to dinners and allow me to smack Wiseman on the back of his head from time to time...)
BUT coming from me as my personal point of view, I hightly doubt this will happen to CCBill any time soon. Or so I hope. Seriously. It would be the death of many things to come if it happened.
However, IF it were to happen, then my business model will again be proven right. And that is to spread your risk and use more than one processor.
