Those operators will vocalize anything and everything typed to them. You can also instruct them not to identify themselves as a relay oper, as-well as choose between a male or female oper.

Who ever called in using a relay oper on todays Jim Holio show was retarded. The person could have come up with something better then "It's grandma".
The opers are like phone puppets so at minimum have them talk dirty or at least say something remotely funny.
