On this board, there have been a few who called me a scammer.
Turboface was one, yet, I never scammed him out of anything, I never even bought any traffic from him.
He was following the people he thought were somebodies when he first started posting.
If someone asks you to design a site for free and you say that youll TRY to do it and then you email back and say that you cant, is that a scam?

If someone calls me a scam because they bought content from me that they still use on their site 2 years later and they read on the board that im a scam, does that mean I somehow scammed them?

As I said once and Ill say it again, yes, I hold contracts that are still very valid signed by 54 different photographers, for a total of close to 2 million images complete with model ids and 2257 and the models contracts.
I have a signed , dated and notarized contract for each photographer and all records are on paper.
I have never worked for anyone, nor will I ever.
As I said to you along time ago when you said I stole content, name one photographer that I have ever taken content from and sold without a contract, just ine.

Yes, the guy sued me in court and won a 2 million dollar judgement against me.
He also had my address listed in Dallas County texas when the first paperwork went through.
In fact no where on it did it even say my address.
Just food for thought, I was and still am a Class c for profit corporation. I was in NC, he was in Texas, and sorry, you cannot sue someone for 2 million dollars from 6 states away in a county court. Legally anything over a 1 million dollar suit must be handled in a federal court of law. He sued me in Dallas County court.
Nevermind that fact that he couldnt sue me in the first place, he would have to sue my comapny.
