Ok, I'm going to bluntly spam here, but it was asked for. I had the same problem with my bookmarks. So I came up with linkshelf. The program puts your bookmarks in a database. You can easily organize everything. I'm working on adding contacts and an agenda. Right now linkshelf will only hold links. The page is at
