the democratic party is the only responsible choice, the republicans don't even have a central philosophy. You can't say they're small government, they expand the government every time they're in power. You can't say they're for protecting individuals from the power of the state as long as they have John Asshat in office pushing the patriot act. You can't say they're for ANYTHING except getting votes from whatever ignorant constituency they can exploit, like deep south racists and 12clicks.

I love it when a liberal sides with terrorists and criminals when talking about the patriot act that was voted into law by both democrats and republicans.
