I just did a search at
Sponsors List.com and found 90 Sponsors amongst the 800+ sponsors in the database that have PornStar sites. Just use the Search feature and under Categories, select Pornstar and you can select YES for Hosted Galleries. You can't search by CCBill or iBill but you can easily read the comments and or link directly to see if they offer that
