I'l try to give you guys a clue on that one.
My granddad showed me to use a stick of "Mandrake" (hope that translation for Alraun was right) and ice cold water. This will keep little scars from bleeding and the skin stays tight.
If you get a shave at a hairdresser in southern europe this technique is still widely spread. Donīt know how you in the "new world" deal with that problem though.
