First I would consider what you have to lose, I would not fight this if they could recover anything from you. On the other hand, I think that trying to sell your domain AT A REASONABLE PRICE would be at worst pro facie (apparent, not necessarily conclusive) evidence of squatting. I would say 1-2K is probably safe unless they really want blood. Just don't hire a lawyer, one that will be compotent to defend you will cost like $5000 if it doesn't go to trial. If it does it could be more that $50,000. Definately NOT worth it.
