Lotsa guys I knew, in the business I was in, before did stuff like this;

Made numbered companies to protect their assets

Screwed the contractors for the last possible penny on the contracts, then when it came to the final draw, they either skipped town, went bankrupt, came up with an impossible deficiency list, or just simply did not pay.

I know one builder, who bragged about this BTW, who owed a contractor 5 million bucks, did not pay, so the contractor sued the builder for the amout owing.
The builder countersued, saying that the work was deficient for $5 million (which it was not) knowing full well that each party in this case would have to pay the $5 million to the court prior to proceedings.

The builder had $5 million, the contractor could not come up with it, so the contractor had to drop his case, went bankrupt, couldn't pay his workers.

There are lots of shafters like this in business,
so to tell you the truth, this (peddling porn) is a lot more honest, than a lot of other work

depending on how you go about it
