I asked for some flash and animated banner designers a few weeks back (
here), and thought I would report back my results. I chose
WebInc , and ordered 20 static/20 animated/3 flash banners. I got a great deal, and they did incredible work - awesome customer service too! Here are a couple of the banners they built for me:
