I just recieved a fax from the law firm of Lavely & Singer regarding the Paris Hilton video. They claim to represent "Rick Salomon and his website,
www.trustfundgirls.com."
In a very generic letter, they claim I am "involved in the unlawful copying, distribution and commercial exploitation of the video in a malicious attempt to market and exploit video software which is not related in any way to the video or the rights therein."
WTF are they talking about? Has anyone else received a letter like this? I have NO idea how they even found me, let alone my fax number.
