Understandable, WG. My questions are pretty general. I've only used Adwords a time or two with not-so-hot results.
Let's say I'm targeting three states (AL, MS, and FL). I'm looking for traffic from people who are in the market for a home loan. The site will be a "search" service for mortgages but will only return 1 result no matter the search (mine

)
I think the max I will spend is $1500 / month unless I get some kickass results. My thoughts were this, let me know what you think.
Set up 3 different campaigns. 1 for AL, 1 for MS, and 1 for FL. The titles and descriptions would be something like Best Florida Mortgage Rates or Best Alabama Mortgage Rates, etc..
I am only going to target one keyword "mortgage" which is really sought after according to how much it's going to cost to get in the top spot.
I could use a few tips on optimizing this situation. Like I said, I understand if you're hesitant to give that info out. If you'd like to do it in private, mortgage01 [at] bellsouth.net is my e-mail addy.
Thanks much, WiredGuy.
