Well.. I basically sent him this for now:
Quote:
XXXXXXXX,
Well, at least I know you're getting the emails now.
Maybe there was some reason you didn't hit the reply button last night and you intend to reply to today.
The paypal payment for the item cleared on the 3rd.
You were notified of the cleared payment on the 6th.
I have sent you three messages asking for a tracking number or an update. February 12th, the 15th and the 16th - you have responded to none.
Today is February 17th.
If you do not contact me TODAY, I will be forced to pursue other options to get you to follow through on our contractual agreement.
These options may include:
- A report filed with the FBI online fraud division.
- A formal complaint filed with the Lewisville, Texas Police Department.
- A formal fraud report mailed to Ebay's legal department.
- A formal fraud report mailed to Paypal's legal department.
- A formal fraud report mailed to Comcast's legal department.
- Hiring a private investigator in your area to gather additional information.
- Taking appropriate legal action for this matter.
- And of course, a negative eBay feedback (which you can still avoid)
Your past feedback suggests that you are an honest guy, so I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt here and giving you all day today to contact me before exercising any of my options above.
But please understand this XXXXXXXX -- you are costing me money by delaying this shipment and not living up to the agreement here. I have a client waiting to receive this.
Additionally, if it's received DOA, not in the condition as advertised,
or not at all - I will be very upset.
Best Regards,
XXXXXXXX
