You're right I keep going away from the thread to do something else and I forgot that the agreement was the other way around. I really doesn't matter which way around the contract was and who the buyer/ seller was.

FYI I have worked in credit control and finance for quite a long time and used to deal with persuing people for simolar things on a daily basis.
