I run a smaller toplist and it gets me decent traffic. I sent a lot of my own traffic from my paysites and other quality trades. I approve the sites before they're added and check for quality constantly. With that being said, I can convert almost every site I list on there at around 1 in 300. Keep in mind the traffic is low right now, but that small toplist does bring me in an honest amount of additional income.
Basically... if you run a quality list, you can still expect quality traffic and sign-up ratios.
