I used to do a lot of biz with BR. Too many support issues, too little support. I found their security risks unacceptable, and they just wouldn't address them. They can also be inconvenient for large numbers of names, like some global changes require you to click five times per name and such, which is ridiculous considering they're oriented toward bulk registrations.

If you register in quantities of 1000 or more, I recommend dotregistrar or enom. There are several registrars that provide decent support for large quantities of names, but these two combine that with decent bulk pricing. Directnic has a number of fans here, who laud their responsive support, but the price is higher, and in my experience, the stuff I need support for is stuff that shouldn't have come up in the first place. Not to mention they seem to have a five day "auto ack" policy which defaults to transferring if you don't say otherwise...unless maybe that's adjustable and I just didn't find the setting to disable it.
