Here is my UNSOLICITED opinion on your entry in one word: Boring.
It looks like you have been successful at two things. Making simple look awful, and locking Rice_Master into a font and a single shape.
What makes your entry stand out in the never-ending sea of "basic" company logos? Maybe put it on a 'retarded guy'. That may draw some attention to it.
Bottom line, Thank you for your feedback but I did not approach you for an opinion. I gained nothing from your comment as I already sought feedback earlier from elsewhere..."yours looks creepy a bit with the skull guy so it looks cool enough to wear" Is good enough for me.
The only person who should be judging and tossing out comments about the entries is Rice_Master. It's his contest, and his $500.
My opinion, your opinion, and the opinion's of anyone else on any of the entries in this thread are nothing but background noise.
