The only problem with this is we would all be selling same content some like variety. It is the specialty sites with the right nieces to suit the content is what webmasters look for. not the same bulk everyone is selling. But promoting sites like adult.com are a good if you want to offer your surfers some guaranteed quaility. The whole reason for making your own site is so it is yours so keep some originality.
