Use
Topbucks for the per signup program, but my advice is to get 2 accounts when you join, one of each (as they cannot be cumulated in one), first the per signup account, and start with per signup.
The partnership program pays 80% after the 15% processing fees, finally you get (after trials and their respective amounts)
$27.17 per month.
They'll pay via epassporte within weeks.
