A 10-minute nap (with my alarm clock set to make certain I don't exceed 15 minutes from the time I sit down in my recliner til I get back up) is common for me after lunch most days. It could be age-related, as I never did it much until the last 5-6 years--I'm 63.
Even the Mexicans and Middle Eastern cultures include a post-lunch siesta/nap.
