This was way off the topic but I can answer anyway:
Itīs easier for us to run the dialer at sites that already is big than take time to build own. We buy much traffic but most of the time is to:
- update membersite with content.
- updates with new numbers.
- updates with new webmasters.
Itīs the sam reason why donīt SPONSORS that say that theire program convert 1:200 build own sites, itīs take much time and time is something we donīt have much left.
