Hey Trax you should get perfectgangbangs.com onto another host and see if you can get it back into google.
I moved a couple of mine and google picked them back up.They are definetly looking at the source of the backlinks to a site and when they see that they all have similar servers and whois the they disregard those links.I have mine on 6 different hosts with unique ips.
If you spread your sites out similarly perhaps we can gain by interlinking our sites.
