First off notepad only rulez in windows 2000 where the fuckin' idiots finally implemented the CTRL+S to save the shit and CTRL+F to find stuff
2nd: a tabstop of 8 isn't that big when you've been programming for 18hours straight
A resolution of 320x200 is even too much then
3rd: Vi/Emacs RuLe - if only somebody could work with them
