there are black only schools, black only scholarships, etc... but its illegal to have a white only thing... its bullshit... skin color shouldnt matter, only the person's mind.

i doubt theyll make their point with this tho. some asshole like jesse jackson will get involved saying how its ok to have black only stuff because his great great great great great grandfather was a slave.
