I just started using silvercash, b/c I have been hearing good things about them for years. So far looking good. Also, you might wanna try topbucks, they have been very good to me as well. Really the sponsor that works best depends on the traffic you are sending them. Some are best on tgp, some on search engine, some on AVS, etc. Most sponsors don't wanna admit that, but it is true ;)
