Your cheeks are fairly flexible, i suppose once you had a hole in your cheeck , you could stick almost anything in it..
The strange one is the picture of the shovel in his mouth.
How did they get that in there ? they must have taken off the handle first..
Go look at the picture. he either sent the whole handle thru or they took it off first
