While they have cheap plans and fairly good support you get what you pay for in this case. So beware when you go there thinking your going to get some cheap hosting. One most of the useful functions for .htaccess is off including rewrite which means no easy way to block hotlinking. Number two they don't have php compiled right meaning you can't use some popular scripts. Can't get vbulletin to work with them because they have the xml functions compiled as '--enable-xml=shared' instead of '--with-xml'. So beware what your getting into...luckily I can still get my money back muhahahaha.
