Ok I read it. So you say that you want to be respectful of othe nationalities. Ok, what about the English speaking people in Quebec? You have totally forgotten about them, so if you can't do it in your own province how in the heck are you going to do it elsewhere?

You aren't going to win me over, nor are you going to win over the rest of Canada. You see, you are thinking about YOU while the rest of us are thinking about our country, ALL of it.

Do you think the rest of us don't think about all the money we have spent trying to satisfy you, that could have been better spent on things like healthcare or lowering taxes?

We spent years with a Prime Minister we could barely understand let alone agree with. He was in there so long I thought they changed the rules and made him Prime Minister for life. Did I jump up and want my province to seperate while he catered to Quebec his entire term? No, as much as I hated the fact he was Prime Minister he was still the leader of this country and I accepted it.

The main problem is Quebec has no tolerance, it is beliefs such as yours that cause wars in this world. Wanting to keep the entire world out and live in a cocoon. That might have worked in the 1800's but the world is more global now. All cultures are mixing, all living together...and most of us are trying to make it work, trying to live together as one, to understand our differences and celebrate our cultures. Why is that so hard for Quebec to do? What is next? Give away a province to each of the top ethnicities and make a France2, Italy2, Germany2? Certainly not. This is Canada, you may not like it, you may not believe it, but it is what it is. Try to celebrate Canada as a place of peace, prosperity, tolerance and love and stop trying to tear it apart. This is MY country, all of it and I, along with other Canadians would like to keep it that way. There are people in your province that are non-french..that have been there for generations..what about them? Tell them they have to live in a country that is no longer Canada? What about their rights, their homeland? Quebec might have a majority of French speaking people, but every single person that lives in that province has EQUAL rights and you can NOT ignore their right to stay living in Canada on the same piece of property many of them have owned for generations. That is just plain selfish and in my mind down right scary. Some of the things I have read about the way English speaking people are treated is against all human rights, if you ever got indepence, lord help anyone that isn't french that crosses your borders.
