Excuse me, but you ARE in the same country. Last I heard Quebec was a PROVINCE and NOT a country. You use the Canadian dollar do you not? If you do not like Canada, that is fine, just like every other Canadian you are free to go. However, that ground you stand on belongs to Canada, so if you are not happy with the accomodations, just move.
