I am currently 110... 8 lbs over my "norm". (I am short and have tiny bones so I have no eating disorder before the flames come on)
I have been as large as 150+ 10 yrs ago and I have been through every fucking diet in the book:
Atkins: raised my cholesterol to a dangerous level
Vegetarian: Sorry, I like Steak too much.
Pill: Total Bullshit I tried in College
Solution: Eat well balanced meals and don't eat too much fat, too much carbs, too much of anything.... just keep yourself in check!
