Btw.. I edited the post above because the way it was arrange, made it sound like I was agreeing with the dairy industry tests saying people should consume more dairy.

Vagitarian? Lol.. fact is I like cheese and milk and plain yoghurt too much.. and fish. Oh and sometimes I put hard boiled eggsinto my salads too. Can this be a new diet.. please remind me to patent it
